About the Role

As a key contributor to our fiduciary operations, you will support the end-to-end safeguarding of cash, securities, and digital assets while ensuring rigorous compliance with MAS regulatory frameworks. You will play a vital role in administering SPV and trust structures, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and executing precise asset movements. Key Responsibilities:

● Custody & Asset Safeguarding: Support the end-to-end lifecycle for traditional and digital assets, overseeing reconciliations, corporate actions, and the establishment of robust segregation frameworks.

● Fiduciary Oversight: Support trustee administration for SPVs and trusts, interpreting complex deeds to monitor issuer obligations, covenants, and formal trustee actions.
