We are seeking a highly technical, senior-level Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to own and evolve our marketing automation and data ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines deep platform expertise, systems thinking, and strategic insight.
You will be responsible for architecting, administering, and optimizing our core marketing technology stack—primarily Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Salesforce, Knak, Ringlead, 6sense, Qualified, UTM tools, and Revsure (or similar AI-driven platform for campaign optimization, budget allocation, performance reporting, etc) —ensuring seamless data flow, strong governance, and scalable automation across the revenue funnel.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, engineering-oriented environment, takes full ownership of systems, and partners cross-functionally to drive meaningful business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Platform Ownership
Administer and optimize Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) as the core marketing automation platform
Manage database health and capacity, including prospect and account field maintenance
Build and maintain segmentation frameworks and dynamic lists to support targeted campaigns
Design, implement, and optimize Engagement Studio programs for lead nurturing and automated data handling
Oversee data synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Manage data ingestion from external sources including forms, form handlers, and third-party integrations
Systems Integration & Data Engineering
Own and maintain integrations across the martech ecosystem, including:
Salesforce, 6sense, Website, Goldcast
Form handler-based integrations (e.g., LinkedIn, BrightTALK, NetLine, Qualified)
Support Goldcast administration for event data integration and flow into marketing systems
Oversee API integrations and ensure reliable, scalable data movement across systems
Administer and govern UTM tracking frameworks, naming conventions, and taxonomy
Lead Management & Data Operations
Architect and optimize lead management journeys across Pardot, Salesforce, Ringlead, and Qualified
Manage lead enrichment, deduplication, and routing processes using tools such as Ringlead
Design and maintain lead scoring models and grading frameworks
Govern campaign and lead data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability
Maintain strong standards for data quality, normalization, and lifecycle management
Campaign Enablement & Execution Support
Partner with marketing teams on multi-channel campaign planning and execution
Ensure seamless execution of campaigns through proper segmentation, automation, and tracking
Support email marketing programs with a strong understanding of performance metrics and best practices
Manage marketing assets and templates via tools such as Knak
Analytics, Reporting & Revenue Insights
Leverage Salesforce reporting and Revsure to support pipeline visibility and revenue insights
Ensure campaigns are properly tracked and connected to downstream reporting
Provide actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel efficiency, and data trends
Maintain a strong understanding of how marketing activities translate into revenue outcomes
Governance, Compliance & Collaboration
Establish and enforce campaign tracking standards, naming conventions, and data governance policies
Support privacy, consent management, and compliance requirements across marketing systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to build efficient processes and data flows
Operate effectively within collaboration tools such as Monday.com
