主要職責
- 協調和監督日常現場運作（建築工地工作）
- 規劃和組織現場施工順序和分包商活動
- 識別、尋找並聘用合適的承包商和現場服務人員
- 與總承包商、顧問和專案利害關係人聯絡
- 監督現場進度、施工品質以及是否符合工程要求
- 進行品質保證/品質控制檢查，確保工作符合所需標準。
- 解決現場問題並協調切實可行的解決方案
- 參加現場會議並代表公司參與專案討論。
- 準備進度更新和報告，提交給管理層。
- 確保現場始終保持安全的工作規範。
要求
- 土木工程、建築技術或相關領域的最低文憑
- 至少8年建築工地經驗
- 具備現場協調、監督或專案執行方面的經驗
- 熟悉與分包商和多個工種合作
- 具備紮實的建築工地作業實務經驗
- 能夠獨立工作並在現場做出合理的決策
- 能夠用英語、馬來語和國語進行交流
- 成熟、可靠、務實
服務依據：服務合約
- 合約期限：12個月
- 週日/公眾假期工作津貼
- 根據業績表現，合約有可能會續約。
