We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (Full Set) to manage the full set of accounts independently from bookkeeping to financial reporting and knowledge of local accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements are required.
Working Location: Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday, onsite
Working hour: 9am – 6pm (include 1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.
Provide financial support for e-commerce operations, including online sales reconciliation and payment gateway settlements.
Prepare financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
Handle tax matters including SST submission, corporate tax filing, and liaising with LHDN.
Liaise with external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate tax computation, filing, and compliance.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements.
Oversee cash flow management and prepare forecasts to support business decisions.
Support management reporting with analysis of financial performance and variance explanations.
Assist in process improvement and implementation of accounting best practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA) are highly valued.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Prior exposure in accounting firms (audit/tax) or e-commerce industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of MFRS and Malaysian tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Kami sedang mencari Pakar Pemasaran Digital yang bermotivasi untuk menerajui kolaborasi influencer, mengurus kempen media berbayar dan memacu pertumbuhan e-dagang merentasi platform media dalam talian dan sosial. Peranan ini menggabungkan strategi kandungan kreatif dengan pandangan berasaskan data untuk meningkatkan keterlihatan dan jualan jenama.
Lokasi Operasi : Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (boleh diakses dengan LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)
Pengaturan Kerja : Isnin hingga Jumaat, di lokasi
Waktu bekerja : 9 pagi – 6 petang (termasuk rehat 1 jam)
Tanggungjawab Utama
1. Pemasaran Influencer & Kandungan
Rancang strategi kandungan untuk memadankan matlamat jenama dan memacu penukaran
Bekerjasama dengan agensi untuk memilih dan mengurus KOL/KOC (penentuan harga, garis masa, skrip, penyampaian kandungan)
Tulis ringkasan yang jelas yang sesuai dengan nada jenama dan budaya tempatan
Semak skrip dan bahan influencer untuk konsistensi jenama dan peraturan platform
Jejaki hasil kempen (jangkauan, paparan, penglibatan, ROI) dan laraskan strategi
Gunakan semula kandungan influencer teratas untuk iklan dan pengedaran yang lebih luas
2. Media Berbayar & E-dagang
Jalankan dan optimumkan iklan di SEM, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok dan Xiaohongshu
Berkoordinasi dengan agensi untuk meningkatkan jualan di TikTok Shop, Shopee dan Lazada
Pantau KPI dan perhalusi strategi iklan untuk meningkatkan trafik dan penukaran
3. Wawasan Pasaran & Trend
Ikuti trend media sosial Asia Tenggara, KOL dan kemas kini industri makanan tambahan
Jejaki pesaing dan perubahan pasaran
Bina pelan pelaburan influencer dan kandungan menggunakan data
Kemahiran & Kelayakan
Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman dalam pemasaran influencer, media sosial atau pembangunan perniagaan
Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang media sosial Singapura dan Malaysia, terutamanya TikTok dan Instagram
Pengalaman dalam suplemen adalah satu kelebihan
Mahir dalam alatan seperti Google Analytics dan Google Ads
Mampu melaksanakan tugas dengan pantas dalam persekitaran yang pantas
Fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan Mandarin (bertulis dan bertutur) untuk komunikasi dengan Ibu Pejabat China
