The role

You will be responsible for analysing, structuring and communicating strategies that enhance the performance and long-term value of hotel, branded-residential and leisure assets. Crucially, the position is not purely analytical. This includes:

• Building detailed financial models and development appraisals for hotels and mixed-use schemes

• Interrogating market data, demand drivers and competitive positioning across global locations
