Huraian Kerja:

Kami sedang mencari Pakar Perancangan Saluran Kanan (Saluran Terbuka) untuk mereka bentuk dan mengoptimumkan model pendapatan, insentif dan strategi saluran yang memacu pertumbuhan pelanggan dan daya saing pasaran. Tanggungjawab Pengurusan Model Pendapatan Saluran

• Menerajui pasukan dalam menyelia pembangunan, pelaksanaan & pengurusan pertikaian model pendapatan Saluran Terbuka, merintis kerja dalam menempatkan pemacu yang berkesan untuk memperoleh pelanggan Malaysia & mengembangkan asas Pascabayar yang kukuh. Memudahkan pengurusan perubahan dalam kemampanan jangka panjang landskap masa depan saluran dan memacu pembangunan infrastruktur yang tahan masa depan selaras dengan KPI korporat.
• Mereka bentuk & mengesahkan komponen, peraturan perniagaan dan struktur ganjaran yang akan menjamin asas pengedar yang produktif dan kukuh untuk menyediakan pemerolehan pelanggan Prabayar & Pascabayar Malaysia, memastikan daya saing dalam pasaran & mengadakan semakan pembayaran secara berkala bagi memastikan kos operasi dan pelaburan yang mampan.

Pengurusan Insentif Saluran

• Menerajui pasukan dalam menyelia pembangunan & penyelenggaraan skim insentif asas Prabayar untuk syarikat, memastikan daya saing di pasaran dan memacu saluran ke hadapan.
• Semakan & penyediaan insentif yang tepat pada masanya untuk tawaran produk Prabayar baharu atau yang diperhalusi, memastikan daya saing dalam pasaran dengan mengadakan semakan pembayaran insentif secara berkala bagi memastikan kos operasi dan pelaburan yang mampan.
• Penglibatan berkala dengan pihak berkepentingan yang menguruskan insentif asas Pascabayar yang menyentuh Saluran Terbuka, memastikan daya saing dan kerelevanan untuk saluran tersebut.

Perancangan, Pemantauan & Pelaksanaan Kempen/Taktikal

Ringkasan Kedudukan

Ketua Projek Pemasangan ialah orang yang bertanggungjawab secara keseluruhan di pihak Malaysia untuk projek pemasangan peralatan pembersihan semikonduktor.

Jawatan ini bertanggungjawab untuk memimpin dan mengurus keseluruhan operasi projek pemasangan, termasuk perancangan pengeluaran, pelaksanaan pemasangan, penyelarasan perolehan, kawalan penghantaran, pengurusan kos dan peningkatan keuntungan projek.

Sebagai tempoh operasi utama untuk pelanggan Jepun dan Ibu Pejabat Jepun, Ketua Perhimpunan dijangka menyelaras jadual pengeluaran, komitmen penghantaran, risiko projek dan aktiviti penambahbaikan bagi memastikan pencapaian sasaran QDC.

Peranan ini juga memerlukan kepimpinan yang mantap dalam memacu kecekapan operasi, pembangunan organisasi dan penambahbaikan berterusan merentasi organisasi projek pemasangan.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Pengurusan Projek Keseluruhan

Memimpin dan mengurus keseluruhan operasi projek pemasangan peralatan semikonduktor di Malaysia.

Mengawasi fungsi Pemasangan, Kawalan Pengeluaran dan Perolehan untuk projek pemasangan.

Pantau dan kawal keseluruhan kemajuan projek termasuk pengeluaran, kesediaan bahan, status pemasangan dan jadual penghantaran.

Memastikan pencapaian sasaran QDC projek.

2. Perancangan Pengeluaran & Pengurusan Kemajuan

Membangun dan menyemak pelan pengeluaran untuk projek pemasangan peralatan pembuatan semikonduktor.

Menyelaras dengan Pengurus Kawalan Pengeluaran untuk mengoptimumkan jadual pengeluaran, peruntukan tenaga kerja dan penggunaan kapasiti pengeluaran.

Semak kemajuan pengeluaran harian dan teruskan tindakan pemulihan untuk kelewatan jadual atau isu operasi.

Mengenal pasti kesesakan pengeluaran dan memacu tindakan pembetulan dan pencegahan.

3. Penyelarasan Pelanggan & Pengurusan Penghantaran

Bertindak sebagai tetingkap penyelarasan utama dengan pelanggan Jepun dan Ibu Pejabat Jepun.

Mengendalikan penyelarasan jadual penghantaran, pengurusan penghantaran dan permintaan pelanggan berdasarkan keperluan projek.

Memimpin tindak balas untuk permintaan penghantaran segera, perubahan keutamaan dan perubahan kejuruteraan.

Laporkan risiko pengeluaran, jadualkan impak dan tindakan pemulihan kepada pelanggan Jepun dan Ibu Pejabat Jepun.

4. Pengurusan Isu Pengeluaran & Penambahbaikan Berterusan

Kenal pasti isu operasi, risiko pengeluaran dan kesesakan proses merentasi projek pemasangan.

Memimpin aktiviti penambahbaikan merentas fungsi dengan pasukan Pemasangan, Kejuruteraan, QA/QC, Kawalan Pengeluaran dan Perolehan.

Menggalakkan pengurangan kecacatan, penyeragaman proses dan kecemerlangan operasi.

Memacu Pembuatan Lean, 5S dan inisiatif penambahbaikan berterusan.

5. Peningkatan Produktiviti

Membangun dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan kecekapan pengeluaran dan produktiviti operasi.

Menerajui inisiatif untuk peningkatan kecekapan buruh, pengoptimuman aliran kerja dan pengurangan masa plumbum.

Menggalakkan penyeragaman proses pemasangan dan amalan terbaik operasi.

Pantau KPI pengeluaran dan laksanakan tindakan penambahbaikan pembetulan.

6. Kawalan Kos & Peningkatan Keuntungan

Mengurus prestasi kos projek keseluruhan untuk operasi pemasangan.

Aktiviti pengurangan kos utama termasuk peningkatan kecekapan buruh, pengurangan kehilangan bahan dan pengurangan kerja semula.

Membangun dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan keuntungan projek.

Menyokong aktiviti pengurusan bajet dan analisis keuntungan.

7. Pengurusan Organisasi

Memimpin dan menyelia Pengurus Pemasangan, Pengurus Kawalan Pengeluaran dan Pengurus Perolehan.

Membangunkan keupayaan organisasi dan mengukuhkan struktur projek pemasangan.

Menggalakkan komunikasi silang fungsi dan kerja berpasukan yang berkesan.

Memastikan pematuhan terhadap peraturan keselamatan, dasar syarikat dan piawaian operasi.

職位概述

組裝專案負責人是馬來西亞方面半導體清洗設備組裝專案的總負責人。

該職位負責領導和管理整個組裝專案運營，包括生產計劃、組裝執行、採購協調、發貨控制、成本管理和專案盈利能力提升。

作為日本客戶和日本總部的主要營運窗口，組裝負責人需要協調生產計劃、交付承諾、專案風險和改進活動，以確保實現 QDC 目標。

主要職責

1. 總體專案管理

領導和管理馬來西亞整個半導體設備組裝專案營運。

2. 生產計畫與進度管理

The Cargo Sales Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting Turkish Cargo’s daily sales activities, rate management, and booking operations. The role ensures timely and accurate handling of customer enquiries, reservations, and partner airline coordination to deliver efficient cargo movement and maintain service quality.

• Lead direct negotiations with landowners, land agents, and land aggregators on land acquisition terms, lease structures, and heads of agreement.
• Identify and pursue commercially attractive land parcels suitable for utility-scale ground mount and floating solar development above 15MW.

• Coordinate with the Land Formalities Executive to ensure land formalities, letters, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Review and verify all land documents (lot numbers, coordinates, landowner names, acreage) for accuracy before external submission or legal engagement — zero tolerance for errors.
• Work with external legal counsel on title searches, encumbrance checks, and land conversion matters.
• Ensure all land acquisition documentation meets the standards required for financial close and regulatory submission.
• Maintain proper filing and document management for all land parcels under active development.
• Build relationships with local community leaders, village heads, and relevant authorities where required to facilitate land access and community support for project sites.
• Manage any landowner concerns or disputes professionally and in accordance with company policy.

• Proven track record of independently negotiating and closing land deals not just supporting or coordinating.
