We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting documentation efforts, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 2 years of experience in any related roles will be advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
