職責：

• 處理客戶的諮詢和電話。

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team at HP Best Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. As a General Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. Task

• Receiving, cataloguing, and storing incoming goods and materials in the warehouse
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels using our inventory management system
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies or issues
• Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse layout and storage areas
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the logistics team with any other tasks as required

Requirement

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar store or warehouse clerk role
• Proficient in using computer
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and customers

• Ensure compliance with IATA,IMO and local customs regulations.

• Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Comply with ASTF's established procedures within required time limits, including ISO norms.
• Acting as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
