• Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
• Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.

• Operasi Harian: Menyelia dan mengurus akaun harian dan tugas pentadbiran

bagi memastikan operasi berjalan lancar.

• Akaun Belum Bayar: Mengendalikan invois AP dan mengurus semua pembayaran keluar

dengan cekap.

• Komunikasi: Berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi secara berkesan dengan semua peringkat

organisasi untuk tugas-tugas yang berkaitan.

• Dokumentasi: Mengekalkan pemfailan dan dokumentasi yang betul untuk akses mudah dan

rujukan.

• Pelaksanaan Tepat Pada Masanya: Memastikan semua tugasan disiapkan tepat pada masanya dan diselenggarakan

sehingga kini.

• Tugas Tambahan: Lakukan sebarang tugas lain seperti yang diminta oleh pihak atasan atau

pengurusan.

(Keperluan Kerja):

• Latar Belakang Pendidikan: Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya SPM/STPM/LCCI yang lebih tinggi

kelayakan.

• Kemahiran Bahasa: Fasih berbahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia dan Mandarin.

• Pengetahuan Perakaunan: Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang prinsip perakaunan adalah

penting.

• Kemahiran Komputer: Mahir dalam MS Excel, MS Word dan perisian perakaunan.

• Pengalaman: 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam mengendalikan satu set akaun yang lengkap.
