Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of the overall planning of content operations across all company platforms,
formulate content strategies based on industry trends and user demands, and build a differentiated
content matrix.
2. Oversee the entire workflow of content planning, creation, review and distribution, and deliver
featured and hit content.
3. Establish data monitoring and review systems to optimize operation tactics and boost content
conversion and reach.
4. Manage the content team and operational processes, coordinate cross-departmental work,
monitor public opinions, explore content monetization, and lead the team to meet all operational
KPIs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 3–5 years of experience in internet content operation and over 2
years of team management experience.
2. Experience in building platforms from scratch and creating hit content is preferred. Proficient in
the rules and operational logic of mainstream new media platforms, with strong capabilities in
content planning, data analysis and strategy optimization.
3. Skilled in cross-department collaboration and team management, and familiar with content
compliance and public opinion management.
4. Possess innovative thinking, stress resilience and a strong sense of responsibility, with a
results-oriented mindset to drive projects forward efficiently.
