Position Summary

·       We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support and enhance the organization's technology landscape across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role serves as a key point of contact for end-users and stakeholders, ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and business systems.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, service requests, and incident resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise support environments.

·       Proven experience managing hybrid IT environments consisting of both on-premises and cloud technologies.

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and cloud services.

·       Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 and cloud-related projects.

·       Experience supporting distributed or remote operational environments will be advantageous.

·       Exposure to infrastructure refresh, migration, or modernization projects is preferred.

·       Experience within logistics, transportation, energy, industrial, engineering, or trading environments would be advantageous.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of our freight forwarding and logistics business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end logistics operations, including airfreight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, project logistics, and customer service support. The Operations Supervisor will lead operational teams, coordinate with customers, carriers, vendors, and regulatory authorities, and ensure that all shipments are handled efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise daily freight forwarding and logistics operations across air, ocean, and land transportation to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor shipment movements to guarantee timely pickup, transit, customs clearance, delivery, and completion of shipments
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, and overseas agents to maintain operational flow
• Oversee import, export, cross-trade, and transshipment shipments to meet customer and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, permits, and customs declarations
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, cargo handling, and distribution activities to optimize operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience handling air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and international trade documentation
• Familiarity with Singapore Customs regulations
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping practices, and supply chain operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and freight forwarding/logistics management systems
