The Finance Analyst reports to the Senior Finance Manager while supporting the Deputy Finance Manager and Senior Finance Analyst, and is responsible for driving the operational accounting, financial analysis, reporting and compliance activities. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across day-to-day critical financial accounting and analysis, treasury, and investment support to the team in liaison with both internal and external stakeholders. The role will require commercial acumen and the ability to communicate to and influence stakeholders from across the business. 

Given the dynamic nature of the business, below is a non-exhaustive list of deliveries expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundation responsibilities and capabilities that are required for the candidate to be successful in role. 

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated management and financial reports and variance analysis including ad-hoc requests 

• Work closely and provide support to the wider finance team and other functions especially during month end and external audits and ensure accuracy of reporting. 

• Conduct data-driven and qualitative analysis to provide recommendations 

• Ensure compliance with both local legislation and procedures in all areas of accounting, tax, and finance operations.  This includes filing of GST, transfer pricing and other submissions as required by various authorities. 

• Support treasury operations in a multi-currency environment and cash management for entities in the region 

• Liaise and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including external auditors, tax agents, advisors, and partners etc.  

• Input to business optimization projects, identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Job Description

·      We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer to be responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise mobile applications—from translating high-fidelity Figma designs into intuitive mobile experiences to developing and supporting Java-based backend services. 

·      The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, iOS & Android development, and Java, with a passion for creating high-quality, user-centric mobile applications. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Develop, test, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.

·      Translate Figma wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and interactive mobile interfaces. 

·      Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to enhance user journeys and ensure compliance with platform-specific design guidelines, including: Apple Human Interface Guidelines Google Material Design Develop and maintain backend services using Java to support mobile application functionality and business logic. 

·      Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend applications and backend systems. 

·      Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and application issues across both mobile and backend components. 

·      Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. 

·      Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 

·      Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle. 

Required Skills & Experience 

·      Top 3 Skills iOS & Android Mobile Development React Native Java Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

·      Proven experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. 

·      Strong knowledge of iOS and Android application development principles. 

·      Experience developing backend services using Java. Hands-on experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs. 

·      Familiarity with mobile application performance optimization and debugging tools. 

·      Experience working with Figma designs and translating them into production-ready applications. 

·      Preferred Attributes Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile accessibility standards.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About you

We are looking for people with the following experience:

• Approximately 6-15 years of recent relevant work experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage high level, executive relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, process and prose creation, business re-engineering, and application mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, client service and business writing and consulting skills, coupled with a strong interest in further designing, developing and integrating business operations and technology
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues
• A dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment
• Project Management or Agile certification is desirable
