Job description:

• Work with project team and involve in procurement, construction, commissioning
• Manage project execution at site for electrical & ELV distribution system.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specification, procedures and requirements
• Liase with sub-contractor, attend site inspection, and resolve site technical issues.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, site activities, and claim certification. 
• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation order.
• To liase with drafter to update changes on site into as-build drawing
• Prepare request for information (RFI) on changes of specification
• To participate in tender activity

Job Requirements:

• Preferred 3-6 years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering on building construction
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and communication
• Good organizational, time management, leadership, and decision making skills
• Good project management and supervision skills
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Specific Conditions for the Contract：

• Contract duration and working hours.

Job Responsibilities :

-Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

-Lead and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.

-Ensure accurate inventory management and proper stock control.

-Plan and coordinate stock movements and delivery schedules.

-Oversee and conduct periodic stock-take.

-Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy in the system.

-Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

-Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or operational issues.

-Train and guide warehouse staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

-Minimum Diploma or equivalent (warehouse/Logistic/Supply chain)

-At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role

-Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes

-Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team

-Basic computer skills (Excel, warehouse system)

-Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure

-Forklift driving skill / license is an added advantage
