Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in the .NET Framework / .NET 8 / .NET 9 ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess solid software engineering fundamentals, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across different teams. Experience with Flutter will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using .NET Framework / .NET 8 / .NET 9.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable applications using Spring Boot, MongoDB, Docker, and Openshift/Kubernetes to meet business needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and clarify project requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for delivered features
• Work closely with internal technical teams and business users to investigate issues, conduct testing, and manage deployments
• Support existing applications by troubleshooting, fixing bugs, upgrading, and modifying functionality to maintain performance
• Manage release processes including raising Change Requests and scheduling implementation of fixes and enhancements
• Deploy releases, patches, and fixes on the platform to ensure continuous operation

Required competencies and certifications

As an augmented resource in the Enterprise Knowledge Department, you play an important role in transforming how the Authority works with structured and unstructured data. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining IT systems/applications that support data management needs. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Analyse the Authority’s data needs and document the requirements. 

• Refine data collection/consumption by migrating data collection to more efficient channels. 

• Plan, design and implement data engineering jobs and reporting solutions to meet the analytical needs.  

• Develop test plan and scripts for system testing, support user acceptance testing. 

• Work with the Authority’s technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution.

What we are looking for 

• Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology.

• Track record in implementing systems using Hive, Impala and Cloudera Data Platform will be preferred.  

• Hands-on experience in big data engineering jobs using Python, Pyspark, Linux, and ETL tools like Informatica. 

• Strong SQL and data modelling and data analysis skills.  

• Good understanding of analytics and data warehouse implementations. 

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resource to application stack traces.
