Qualifications

• Cloud & Containers: Strong proficiency in AWS infrastructure and networking. Practical experience managing AWS ECS, with the knowledge required to set up and administer Kubernetes (EKS).
• Security & Networking: Deep understanding of secure network architecture, IAM, vulnerability management, and patching in strict, production-grade or restricted-egress environments.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Site Manager, Construction Manager, Coordination Manager, Project Manager, or Project Director, the Site Engineer will lead and supervise semiconductor tool hook-up installation activities. The role is responsible for ensuring project delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements through effective coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise semiconductor tool hook-up installation works to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

• Exposure to scripting or automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform, GitLab) is a plus but not required
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
• Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable supporting 24×7 operations and after-hours maintenance when required

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project methodology and technical submission
• Lead the project resources planning and execution
• Liaise, coordinate and conduct inspection with project stakeholders i.e. Project Owners, Consultants and Subcontractors, etc.
• Monitor work progress and ensure on time delivery of projects
• Report to Management on progress of projects
• Ensure project on time delivery and within project budget

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by Singapore PE Board
• Preferably 2~3 years experience on project management and civil engineering projects in Singapore
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Command of English and Mandarin to speak to Mandarin speaking associates
• Software skills on MS Project and ACAD preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Possess Motor Vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage
