About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive who is passionate about sustainability and creative storytelling. In this role, you will drive our content and digital marketing efforts to build a strong online presence and thought leadership position within the sustainability and circular economy landscape.

You will serve as the curator of our content library, creating engaging materials that help customers and stakeholders understand sustainability and the role they can play in achieving a circular future. Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Lead the creation and curation of Nuplas Solutions’ content library.

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance audience growth and brand engagement.

3. Digital Marketing

• Support digital marketing efforts including ad campaigns, SEO optimization, website updates, and analytics tracking.

• Work to expand content reach beyond social media through effective digital strategies.

4. Branding Strategy

• Collaborate with the larger Lean Giap Group marketing team on brand-building initiatives.

• Act as a secretary for HSE committee meeting and prepare minute of meetings and monthly reports to Management
• To develop HSE Legal Register to address all HSE legal requirements applicable at workplace & site.

• To notify state JKKP (DOSH) in case of fatality and prepare full report within one (1) month after the accident/incident to state JKKP (DOSH)
• To execute ISO audit and site inspection in compliance with schedule and regulations
• To ensure the validity of CIDB green card for all project personnel and maintain record

職位描述：

• 擔任HSE委員會會議秘書，負責準備會議紀錄和月報並提交管理階層。
• 建立 HSE 法律登記冊，以滿足工作場所和現場所有適用的 HSE 法律要求。
• 與有關 HSE 的事項的主管機關/監管機構（DOSH、DOE、BOMBA 等）聯絡，以確保遵守強制性法規。
• 監督辦公室和現場 ISO 9001、14001 和 45001 標準的實施情況，並就改進措施提出建議。
• 須在24小時內提交事故通知和事件報告，並準備完整的調查報告。
• 為制定和維護組織背景文件（RBT）、危害識別、風險評估和風險控制（HIRARC）、環境因素和影響登記冊（EAIR）提供建議
• 負責品質、安全、健康與環境 (QSHE) 文件和緊急應變小組 (ERT) 專案的開發、實施和維護。
• 如發生死亡事故，應通知州JKKP（DOSH），並在事故/事件發生後一（1）個月內向州JKKP（DOSH）提交完整報告。
• 按照計劃和規定執行 ISO 審核和現場檢查。
• 確保所有專案人員的CIDB綠卡有效並保存記錄
• 透過會議、簡報、培訓和入職指導，持續提高各級員工對健康、安全和環境 (HSE) 的認識。
• 其他不時分配的任務和項目

職位要求：

• 至少擁有職業健康、安全與環境工程或與安全健康相關的專業的學位
• 至少3年相關職位/行業工作經驗
• 具備建築業品質管理系統（QMS）ISO9001、ISO45001 及 ISO14001 標準的實務知識
• 具備進行與 ISO 9001:2015、ISO 14001:2015 和 ISO 45001:2018 相關的審核能力
• 具備良好的法律法規知識與環境、安全與健康的實務經驗。
• 願意根據需要出差
• 具備良好的報告撰寫、溝通和人際交往能力，能夠與內部和外部各方有效溝通。積極主動，能夠在較少監督下獨立工作。
• 良好的電腦應用能力
• 持有綠皮書者優先。
