• Min 5 years of Mechanical Design working experience in building construction industry, preferable in handling Building Service Mechanical System
• Good understanding of the relevant Code of Practice (Singapore or overseas).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Tender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking
• Proactive and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is an advantage
