The role

We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and the LB e-commerce channel. You will manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation. A key focus is safeguarding the company through proper handling of payment disputes and timely customer notifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounts and Customer Service, to keep operations running seamlessly. Main responsibilities :

Marketplace Operations (TikTok Shop, SG)

• Monitor order integrations to ensure daily orders flow accurately into WMS and SAP.

Main Purpose of the Job

Ensure availability of materials to fulfill the requirements of the production plans within the agreed cost boundaries.

Strategic:

1) Responsible for the planning activities of raw & packing materials to meet factory production program requirement at accepted & required quality & quantity. 2) Optimize inventory holding costs vs delivery frequency/related costs for major/key materials (Raw & Pack & inclusive non-saleable HALB).

Operational :

Key Outputs

1. 2. Monitors supply signals through the use of MRP purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfillment by the supplier.
3. Manages directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials including creating, sending, confirming, receiving, investigating errors and discrepancies on blocked or parked invoice lines and handling all exceptions in those operations, including claims management; Manage deliveries to ensure minimum detention & demurrage charges and to liaise with warehouse team with a mindset towards avoiding these charges.

The Mobility and Supply Strategy team works with stakeholders across all business functions in Grab to drive continuous improvements and lead special projects. The team is responsible to generate business insights and propose data-driven strategic initiatives to grow the business across both Transport and Deliveries.

We're looking for a warm, curious and hands‑on teammate to help shape and scale Grab's mobility products and growth initiatives. Reporting to the Mobility and Supply Strategy Manager, this analyst role blends strategy, analysis and execution — you'll frame problems, build pragmatic strategies, own projects end‑to‑end, and work closely with Marketing, Marketplace, Product and Ops team to launch pilots, learn fast and scale solutions that will benefit our driver-partner and ensuring top notch passenger experience.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Strategy

• Convert opportunities into clear problem statements and testable frameworks.
• Lead hypothesis‑driven analysis and translate results into concise strategic recommendations and product asks.
• Shape narrative‑aligned summaries and decision‑ready inputs.

End‑to‑end project ownership

• Define scope, build business cases, design pilots, set success criteria and manage timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketplace, Marketing, Ops etc.) to execute pilots and rollouts.
• Monitor outcomes, iterate quickly and produce playbooks for scale.

Expansion & scaling

• Identify high‑potential areas and prioritise using data‑driven frameworks.
• Design go‑to‑scale strategies framework and translate pilot learnings into operational playbooks.
• Jointly develop go-to-market plans by collaborating with key stakeholders such as PQX team, Dax comms, Acquisition and Cities team for execution readiness.

Driver Lifecycle Management

• Identifying gaps in the driver experience to ensure continuous contribution on Grab platform
• Synthesize marketplace signals to recommend target segments and suggest different treatments to encourage loyalty

Business analytics & insights

• Conduct focused deep dives into conversion funnels, unit economics, pricing sensitivity and customer segments.
• Build and own simple dashboards for core KPIs (adoption, utilization, contribution margin, activation lift).
• Lead opportunity sizing and ROI analysis to guide prioritization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting machines to clean and prepare metal surfaces.
• Load and unload metal products.
• Inspect finished products and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Training will be provided

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience (electroplating experience preferred but not compulsory)
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.

As a Program Manager on the NetOps Supply Chain & Commercial Operations (NOSCO) team, you will be responsible for supporting on time and accurate capacity enhancements across Google Global Infrastructure's (GGI) network of data centers, and edge networking deployments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate developing end to end strategies that connect our demand, supply, inventory, data center labor and deployment planning. You will work with a truly cross-functional team of internal (demand planning, commodity management, supply operations, data center labor and deployment teams) and external (manufacturers and suppliers) stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions to meet customer demand, and will lead prioritization and allocation decisions as needed. You will leverage strategic and end to end thought leadership, and have strong planning backgrounds while being an expert communicator and leader.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

• Manage supply planning and fulfillment with GGI’s contract manufacturers. Collaborate with demand planning, commodity management, and supply operations to ensure cost-effective, on-time material delivery for capacity turn-ups.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs/tier 2 vendors and drive incremental improvements in supplier performance by establishing and executing a strong operational excellence framework.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of supply chain transformation initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert for supply planning related user journeys, requirements, design and implementation schedules.
• Review and validate demand forecasts, and manage purchasing within allocated budgets. Ensure on-time delivery while minimizing performance and quality issues.
• Monitor supply planning KPIs, identify root causes for gaps, and implement corrective solutions. Deliver effective data reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.
• Experience in supplier relationship management, manufacturing, or supply and demand planning.

Preferred qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• 5 years of supply chain and program management experience across multiple disciplines, ideally in related technical/networking fields with global experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent organizational skills and program management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
