We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our EUC team as a Lead Systems Engineer, playing a key role in modernizing and sustaining our enterprise identity, maintaining the collaboration and productivity platforms along with the email gateway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Enterprise Identity & Authentication Management

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust enterprise authentication system with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Drive the migration of legacy SSO setup to Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption, providing the technical leadership and integration guidance to the application teams for SSO/MFA enablement.
• Manage and maintain a hybrid identity infrastructure comprising on premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID with Azure AD Connect handling directory synchronization.
• Evaluate and assess various solutions available in the market and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC) to determine the best fit for the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and improve authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall security strategy.

Ø Collaboration, Productivity Platform Management and Email Gateway Communication Infrastructure

• Oversee Microsoft 365 tools including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva Engage etc.
• Implement and manage Azure Information Protection (AIP) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to enforce data protection policies.
• Manage the SaaS email Gateway and support and maintain the on-prem O365 email gateway communication.

Ø Operational Excellence & Vendor Management

• Work closely with service vendors to ensure performance, SLA adherence and service continuity.
• Own vendor relationship management and escalation for service delivery
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing hybrid Active Directory environments synchronized with Microsoft Entra ID using Azure AD connect.
• Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and experience with SSO solution implementation.
• Expertise in enterprise authentication protocols and technologies: Active Directory, MFA, SSO, encryption, LDAP/LDAPS, RADIUS protocol, SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect, and OAuth 2.0. Proficiency in M365 tools, AIP, DLP, and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Ability to manage platform uptime, troubleshoot complex issues, and support large-scale rollouts.
• Experience managing vendors and aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and security standard

What You’ll Achieve

As a Software Senior Principal Engineer (AI Empowered), you will be a key hands-on leader who architects, builds, and operationalizes AI platforms and accelerates engineering through AI-assisted development. You’ll develop core infrastructure for AI workloads (LLMs, agentic systems, data/ML pipelines) and embed AI tools across the engineering lifecycle to uplift speed, quality, and innovation across Dell’s solution platforms.

You will:

AI Platform Engineering

• Design, develop, and operate core AI platform components: MLOps pipelines, data handling, model serving, and observability.
• Implement and manage LLM tooling and prompt engineering frameworks; define reusable patterns for agents and retrieval workflows (e.g., vector databases).
• Deploy and maintain scalable compute environments on Kubernetes/OpenShift, VxRail, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency for AI workloads.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack—from infrastructure and networking to runtime and application layers; contribute to technical documentation and platform best practices.
• Optimize GPU scheduling, resource management, and model runtime performance in containerized environments.

AI-Assisted Application Engineering

• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, intelligent testing, automated documentation) and integrate LLM-based services into engineering workflows.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines that leverage AI for code quality, security scanning, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with platform engineers and product teams to embed AI capabilities into solution platforms (e.g., OpenShift, VxRail, VMware ecosystem).
• Develop reference implementations, guardrails, and best practices for AI-assisted engineering across multiple product teams.
• Mentor engineers in effective use of AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining high-quality standards; evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Essential Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience in software engineering or platform development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java; solid CS fundamentals and hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Experience building/managing ML or high-performance computing infrastructure; familiarity with LLM ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, vector databases).
• Proficiency with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and enterprise software delivery.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer) or integrating LLM services into engineering workflows.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, Tanzu) and Dell platforms (VxRail, PowerStore) and knowledge of GPU resource management in containerized environments.
• Familiarity with hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), enterprise storage, and network virtualization (e.g., VMware NSX) and hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).

Job Summary

You will perform field service and maintenance for compressor and refrigeration systems, including troubleshooting, compressor overhaul, report writing, and commissioning works to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service tasks for compressor and refrigeration systems to maintain operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot refrigeration systems to identify and resolve faults promptly
• Conduct compressor overhaul in the workshop to restore equipment functionality
• Write detailed service and overhaul reports to document work performed and findings
• Conduct site pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for refrigeration and compressor systems to ensure proper installation and operation
• (Preferred) Conduct electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting and rectification for refrigeration systems to support system diagnostics and repairs

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant parties on technical and site coordination matters.
• Monitor site progress and report any delays, discrepancies, or issues to the Project Manager or Site Manager.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide engineering support to site operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements on site.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including reports, method statements, and records.
