Solution Knowledge & Presentation

• Present and communicate the value of Azendian’s products, professional services, and analytics solutions.
• Stay updated on Smart Building, Smart FM technology trends, especially in relation to Data Science, AI, and analytics, to engage clients effectively.

Proposal & Commercial Development

• Lead the preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, and presentations.
• Work with delivery teams to estimate implementation effort, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure pricing, cost estimates, and margin assumptions are accurate.
• Support contract negotiations and deal structuring.

Internal Collaboration & Delivery Alignment

• Act as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to project delivery, with clear scope, expectations, and success criteria.
• Support ongoing customer engagement during project execution to ensure satisfaction and enable upsell or expansion opportunities.

Market & Domain Engagement

• Stay current with trends in smart buildings, BMS, HVAC, sustainability, ESG, and data‑driven energy optimization.
• Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on market needs and customer insights.
  
  Requirements
  
  Bachelor’s / Postgraduate / Professional / Master’s Degree in any Engineering discipline.
  
  7 to 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 4 years in account management or solution sales.
  
  Experienced or knowledgeable in BMS solution, Smart Building or Smart FM systems, experience in Data, Analytics, AI, technology-related solutions will be a plus.
