Job Description & Requirements
• Plan, co-ordinates and implements overall site works with sub-con and other related trades to carry out work safely.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval.
• Assist Project Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project.
• Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
• Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
• To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants and subcontractors.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed project schedules aligned with client master programs.
• Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site.
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Construction Industry.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field.
