As an Embedded Software Intern, you will:

• Join professional training program and support embedded software development activities of Automotive projects under the supervision of managers or senior engineers/mentors
• Development of automation tools to support Automotive projects
• Research technical topics in accordance to mentor's guidance

• Review CSA drawings (IFC, shop drawings, as-builts) and highlight discrepancies or design issues.
• Support preparation and review of method statements, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with MEP, HSE, QS, and design teams to ensure alignment across disciplines.
• Raise RFIs and track responses to ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
• Assist in daily monitoring of civil, structural, and architectural works:
  • Earthworks, foundations, concrete works
  • Structural steel installation
  • Building envelope, roofing, cladding
  • Internal finishes, roads, drainage, infrastructure
• Verify work execution against approved drawings and specifications.
• Track contractor manpower, equipment, and work progress.
• Support inspections and work sign‑offs with QA/QC teams.
• Ensure all CSA works comply with Vietnamese codes and project standards.
• Prepare quality checklists and assist with site inspections.
• Maintain records of tests, inspections, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Support compilation of as-built documentation and handover files..
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Track site issues, constraints, and mitigation actions.
• Attend site coordination meetings and document minutes and follow‑ups.
• Assist in verifying contractor progress claims with quantity checks.

• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, equipment data sheets, and method statements.
• Provide technical support for mechanical or electrical systems depending on specialization.
• Coordinate design and installation issues with CSA, MEP, vendors, and consultants.
• Prepare and track RFIs, ensuring timely response and issue closure.
• Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.
• Track contractor progress, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Assist QA/QC team with inspections and testing procedures.
• Validate materials and equipment delivered to site.
• Support equipment testing & commissioning activities.
• Document test results and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Maintain logs for materials, inspection requests, and testing records.
• Provide input for contractor progress claims and verification of quantities.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.
