This role is pivotal in advancing our data science capabilities to bolster enterprise-wide initiatives, in collaboration with our Technology, Marketing, Servicing, and Risk departments.

Role Overview:

As a Manager, NLP and Generative AI, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge NLP solutions that address significant business challenges. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in NLP to enhance our product offerings and streamline operational processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of NLP and Generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability across the organization.

Qualifications:

Job Summary:

Drive innovation insights and ecosystem partnerships to support strategic initiatives across Japan and the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on emerging trends and innovations across insurance, financial services, healthcare, aging, and childcare sectors in Singapore and APAC
• Analyze developments in AI, AI governance, FinTech, HealthTech, InsurTech, digital health, and data utilization
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and headquarters
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, insurers, startups, technology companies, venture capital firms, accelerators, universities, and government agencies
• Perform market scanning and networking within Singapore’s innovation ecosystem to identify collaboration opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in finance, FinTech, insurance, HealthTech, consulting, or innovation-related fields
• Business-level Japanese language proficiency (e.g., JLPT N1) is for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting capabilities
• Proven project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Copilot tools
• Experience in financial institutions or FinTech companies in areas such as digital payments, cross-border remittance, digital assets, or related fields is an added advantage
• Experience in insurance or InsurTech projects involving digital transformation, AI utilization, or customer experience enhancement is an added advantage
• Experience in healthcare or HealthTech sectors, including medical data, wellness, or elderly care solutions, is an added advantage
