A full-time position based in Klang Valley (with customer oversight in Johor Bahru)
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Nutrition/Dietetic/Food Science/Food-Technology/Bio-Medical or similar field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product, marketing, sales support, or related roles — FMCG/consumer goods experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in customer engagement across regions.
- Comfortable working with social media platforms — posting, basic analytics, and campaign support.
- Results-driven, organized, and proactive in execution with an ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to Johor Bahru when required.
Description:
- Assist in the execution of product and sales strategies to support business objectives.
- Support regional customer engagement in Johor Bahru, including building relationships, ensuring product satisfaction and follow-up.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Innovation, Branding & Business Strategic & Medical Affairs & Clinical Development) to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Monitor product performance, collect market feedback, and share insights to support strategic decisions.
- Support content creation and execution for social media campaigns — from briefs to posting and performance tracking — to elevate brand presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Assist in organizing in-market activations, events, and retailer engagements.
- Ensure accurate product information and materials are available for sales and customer engagements.
