Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and connected Sales & Accounts Director to lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with an existing network of brand, agency, and industry contacts that can be activated to drive immediate sales opportunities.

As a senior leader, you will shape and execute our sales strategy, close key deals, and foster long-term partnerships across the gaming and entertainment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

Leverage Existing Network

Activate your established relationships with brands, agencies, media partners, and gaming stakeholders to open doors, secure meetings, and drive high-value partnerships from day one.

Strategic Sales Leadership

Design, implement, and optimize overarching sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and position company as a leading force in gaming entertainment.

Client Acquisition & Retention

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while nurturing long-term, trusted client relationships through outstanding service and impactful results.

Business Development Execution

Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation and pitch creation to contract negotiation and deal closure—with a focus on scalability and profitability.

Proposal & Deal Structuring

Lead the creation of strategic proposals, customized pitch decks, and pricing models aligned with client goals and company’s capabilities.

Cross-Functional Integration

Partner with creative, strategy, talent, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of client goals into deliverables and campaign execution.

Revenue Forecasting & Reporting

Own sales forecasting, track key metrics, and deliver regular performance insights to the executive team. Drive business growth through new business development, upselling, and securing strategic partnerships.

Sales Process Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and refine internal sales and account management processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.

Team Development

Mentor junior team members, set KPIs, and help scale the sales and accounts function as the company grows.

Qualifications

 Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within a gaming, digital entertainment, or creative agency environment.

 Proven track record of generating revenue through an established network of contacts.

 Deep understanding of the gaming, esports, creator economy, and digital culture.

 Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

 Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.

 Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

 Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Overview:

This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, driving revenue performance, and strengthening relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, tour operators, and key leisure accounts.

Responsibilities:

Luxury Consortia Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury consortia partners and preferred travel advisor networks.
• Negotiate annual agreements, preferred partnerships, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Maximize visibility across luxury travel platforms, advisor networks, and partner marketing campaigns.
• Execute sales activations, advisor engagement programs, and promotional initiatives to drive business growth.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to increase market share within the luxury travel segment.

Leisure & Tour Operator Sales:

• Manage relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, destination management companies (DMCs), and retail travel agencies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within domestic and international leisure markets.
• Negotiate and manage leisure group series, contracted allotments, and seasonal programs.
• Develop and implement tactical promotions, travel packages, and partnership campaigns.
• Conduct sales presentations, workshops, training sessions, and product updates for travel partners.

Revenue Generation & Business Development:

• Achieve and exceed revenue, room night, and market share objectives.
• Develop annual sales plans, account strategies, and business development initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, booking pace, production reports, and competitive intelligence.
• Monitor account performance and implement action plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Identify emerging travel trends and proactively pursue new market segments.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key travel advisors, agency owners, tour operators, and industry stakeholders.
• Organize familiarization trips (FAM trips), site inspections, networking events, and client engagement activities.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, industry exhibitions, and networking events.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts and partners to drive long-term business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies.
• Support promotional campaigns, partner communications, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution of contracted business and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth and operational excellence.

Reporting & Administration:

• Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting within CRM systems.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Track and evaluate ROI on consortia partnerships, travel campaigns, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to organizational sales processes and standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, leisure sales, luxury travel, consortia management, or tour & travel sales.
• Proven track record in revenue generation, account management, and business development within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of luxury travel distribution channels and consortia networks.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, or equivalent platforms.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Management: Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in line with the company's strategic objectives. Responsible for not only initiating customer interaction, but also guiding the final sales and ensuring successful follow-up.

• Business Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market. Identify new programs, market segments, and opportunities that build on the company’s core MIMO solutions.

• Event Support: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, changes, and competitor actions that may impact the company's positioning. This includes setting and meeting an annual target for new business to support growth in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market.

• Pipeline Management: Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Regularly update the CRM database with a forecast of opportunities to help inform key business decisions.

• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our MIMO solutions. This knowledge will help effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products to customers and prospects.

• Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric approach in all dealings. Promptly address any customer concerns or complaints and use feedback to provide improvements.

• Travel Requirements - up to 50% of the time, but variable.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus minimum 10 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field.
• Deep understanding of APAC procurement and MARCORSYSCOM, MCTSSA, and PMTCE program offices. 
• Knowledge of military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications.
• Military/Aerospace industry and acquisition experience.
• Solid understanding of APAC DoD funding and procurement cycles.
• Experience leading all phases of business capture (whitepapers, proposals, RFI/RFP response, teaming, strategic positioning, etc.).
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Demonstrated business development and sales experience in autonomous military systems.

• Strong technical acumen and understanding of APAC tactical communications challenges and solutions.

• Leadership, management, and program management experience.

• Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions and a working understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their relative strengths.

• A track record of working with resellers and distributors and overseeing their activities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution.
