Job Description:

As a Sales Admin, you will play a critical supporting role in Revenue’s sales operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented junior executive or fresh graduate who wants exposure to payment solutions, merchant onboarding, and bank coordination within a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and external partners (including banks) to ensure applications, documentation, and requests are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Onboarding & Documentation Support

• Prepare, process, and verify merchant applications (payment terminals, CMS, reseller, channel partners).
• Collect and check documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission to acquiring bank or internal teams.
• Track application status and follow up on outstanding items, escalating where necessary.
• Assist in account setup for online merchant and update system records.
• Maintain organized records, including contracts, IDs, submission dates, and status in tracking sheets/systems.

Internal & External Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Support, Sales, Finance, Compliance, Credit, Fraud, Tech) to progress merchant onboarding and operational requests.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email to internal teams and external partners when required.
• Coordinate with banking partners for sales slips and document submissions, both online and physical.

After-Sales Support

• Open and manage service request tickets (termination, servicing, maintenance).
• Monitor ticket progress and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform online maintenance tasks where applicable.

Documentation & Tracking

• Prepare and submit required documentation to banks.
• Maintain accurate records, including submission dates, status updates, and completion timelines, in tracking spreadsheets.
• Update merchant and reseller records in systems, including creation of new reseller codes.

System & Process Maintenance

• Perform maintenance tasks related to merchant records.
• Ensure all actions are compliant with internal SOPs and audit requirements.

Sales Support & Merchant Liaison

• Handle resellers enquiries and route issues to the appropriate team.
• Provide resellers with information related to status and next steps.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in admin, operations, or sales support.
• Experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage, especially within the financial services or payments industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Order Processing: Entering, verifying, and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, and delivery schedules.
• Customer Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing order status, delivery, and billing question.
• Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer records and CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
• Coordination: Collaborating with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.
• Documentation: Organizing contracts, invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents for record-keeping and auditing purposes.

Position Overview

 We are looking for a proactive and versatile Sales & Marketing Executive to drive both on-ground sales and brand-building activities for our automotive battery division across Malaysia. This dual-function role carries clear accountability for monthly sales budgets and state wholesaler activation targets, alongside measurable marketing deliverables — covering Exide, Sebang, and our house brand Neuton Power.

Key Responsibilities — Sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales budgets by growing the existing dealer and wholesaler network and acquiring new accounts.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain active wholesalers in every assigned state — ensuring regular ordering patterns are established within the 6-month target window.
• Conduct regular field visits to wholesalers, dealers, automotive workshops, petrol stations, and spare parts retailers to sustain relationships and drive sell-through.
• Present product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively to new and existing customers.
• Monitor stock levels at key accounts and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
• Collect customer feedback and competitor intelligence to feed into marketing and sales planning.
• Process sales orders, follow up on payments, and assist in resolving customer service issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities — Marketing

• Plan and execute trade promotions, product launch events, and in-store merchandising activities for Exide, Sebang, and Neuton Power.
• Develop and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and paid digital campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create and coordinate marketing collaterals — product brochures, price lists, promotional banners, and dealer point-of-sale materials.
• Track and report marketing campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads generated, cost per lead) on a monthly basis.
• Manage the company's e-commerce product listings on Shopee, Lazada, or relevant platforms, including promotional mechanics and response to inquiries.
• Coordinate with brand principals (Exide, Sebang) on co-marketing materials and ensure brand guideline compliance.
• Identify automotive aftermarket trends and recommend timely marketing initiatives to management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a combined sales and marketing role, preferably within the automotive, FMCG, or industrial distribution industry.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.) is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — able to interact confidently with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own transport; willing to travel nationally for market visits and events.
• Computer literate — MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
