About the role

The Guest Experience Assistant Manager is the person who makes sure every guest feels seen, heard, valued and at ease. You run the floor during service, lead the front-of-house team in the moment, and own the standard of hospitality the guest actually experiences, not the one we describe in the handbook. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.

• Meticulous review of documents to avoid errors or legal issues.
• Effective interpersonal skills to liaise with internal departments (legal, finance, commercial) and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Planning Project Planing & Execution-Costs Project Scope Management Project Stakeholder Management and Project Tracking. Additionally experience in Product Lifecycle Management is mandatory.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience in Project Planning and Project PL & Execution-Costs with Government and/or Public Sector
• Should possess strong skills in Project Scope Management and Project Stakeholder Management
• Must be proficient in Project Tracking and have a keen eye for detail
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project needs
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and software

Certifications Required

• PMP Certification or equivalent is required. Certification in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
