A CleaningOperations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthlyoperations of a cleaning service, ensuring high standards of cleanliness,safety, and efficiency across various sites. This role typically involvesleading a team of cleaning staff, managing budgets and inventory, andmaintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Develop,implement, and monitor cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent,high-quality service.
· Recruit,onboard, train, and motivate cleaning staff. Supervise performance, conductperformance reviews, and handle scheduling, including covering absences.
· Conductregular, documented inspections of facilities to ensure sanitation standardsare met.
· Act asthe primary point of contact for clients, responding to feedback and complaintspromptly.
· Manage,order, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuringcost-effectiveness.
· Ensurestrict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., COSHH,OSHA).
· Manageoperational budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports on performance,productivity, and costs
