RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions using Workato
• Build and manage scalable and reliable integration workflows across multiple systems
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and support integrations in Workato production environments
• Design and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring security, scalability, and performance
• Implement and manage APIs using Apigee or similar API management platforms
• Integrate systems using event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka
• Handle message flows, retries, failure scenarios, and ensure message durability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions
• Ensure best practices for API lifecycle management, versioning, and governance
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integrations for performance and reliability
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions

This position owns the architecture and the implementation. You will design, code, and operate AWS platforms and services at scale, partnering closely with product and security teams. Has the vision to integrate it across multiple systems. This position works independently and is seen as a technical leader. The position is responsible for driving the design and development efforts related to architecture, scalability, availability and performance in alignment with the product/application roadmap.

• Be responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development m and infrastructure 
• Provide guidance to developers with either planning and execution and/or design architecture using agile methodologies such as SCRUM 
• Work with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & vision 
• Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse 
• Capture system level requirements by brainstorming with CTO, Sr. Architects, Data Scientists, Businesses & Product Managers 
• Leads impact assessment and decision related to technology choices, design /architectural considerations and implementation strategy. 
• Subject matter expert in processes and methodologies with ability to adapt and improvise in various situations. Expert in navigating through ambiguity and prioritizing conflicting asks. 
• Expert level skills in design, architecture and development, with an ability to take a deep dive in the implementation aspects if the situation demands. 
• Leads the architecture and design efforts across the product / multiple product versions and is an expert in architecting custom solutions off the base product.

Looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the reliability, availability, and performance of business‑critical systems. This role focuses on AWS cloud infrastructure, DevOps tools, and core SRE practices. You will work closely with development, platform, and operations teams to ensure systems are stable, scalable, and well monitored.

Key Responsibilities:

Reliability & Operations:

• Support high availability, scalability, and performance of production systems
• Implement and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for services
• Identify and reduce operational toil through automation and process improvement
• Support design and implementation of fault‑tolerant and resilient systems
• Manage and operate systems hosted on AWS (EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC)
