Responsibilities :

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
• Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
• Go daily to the port to process custom file submissions. (if needed)
• Monitor and update containers through the port system
• Monitor loading and unloading of warehouses and ports (if needed)
• Handle for import and export (eg K1/K2/K4/K8/K9/ZB1/ZB2 permits required for customs submission)
• Experienced in EDI, Dagang Net and Port VGM submission
• Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advices duty/tax amount upon enquiry.
• Provide timely report and appropriate analysis
• Ensure proper documentation filling and system update

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in forwarding Operation and well versed in Royal Custom procedure.
• Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
• Good command in English & Malay speaking (both written and oral)
• Willing to work under challenging environment

Responsibility

• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports.
• Maintain and Computation of actual and standard costing.
• Proactive analysis of variances between actual costing and standard costing.
• Compile and analyze product related costing and reporting.
• Calculate finished goods (FG) standard cost for selling price.
• Work closely with various sourcing departments to have BOM cost in time manner and accuracy.
• To check and monitor BOM to maintain standard costs, selling price, product structures is accurate.

Job Purpose 
• The Accounts Executive is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer payments, performing cash reconciliation, and resolving payment discrepancies.

• The role also involves maintaining fixed asset records, including processing asset additions, transfers, retirements, and disposals in compliance with company policies and FSSC service level agreements. 

• This position supports effective cash flow management and ensures the accuracy and integrity of customer account balances across supported regions.
 

Key Responsibilities 
Cash Application 
• Apply and post customer/vendor payments (bank transfers, electronic payments) accurately in SAP 
• Match payments against invoices, credit notes, and debit notes 
• Manage unapplied, underpaid, and overpaid items promptly 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls 
Payments & Asset Accounting 
• Validate outgoing payment requests for accuracy, approvals, and documentation 
• Monitor payment batches, rejections, and bank confirmations 
• Resolve failed or rejected payments with internal TIS support teams 
• Maintain fixed asset records and process additions, transfers, retirements, and disposals 

Reconciliation 
• Review daily bank statements and remittance advices 
• Investigate payment discrepancies and coordinate with local business units 
• Clear unidentified cash and suspense accounts 
• Maintain proper audit trails and supporting documentation Period Close & Compliance 
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
