Mandatory Skill-set

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or Full Systems Development;

• Strong experience in Insurance Product Configuration and Product Rollout for Life Insurance products;

• Hands-on experience with Participating (Par), Non-Participating (Non-Par), and ILAS insurance products;

• Experience gathering business requirements, conducting impact analysis, and preparing functional specifications;

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and web/application architectures;

• Experience with API mapping, API specifications, and cross-system integration flows;

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies;

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Actuarial, Pricing, and Business teams to understand product specifications, calculations, sales illustrations, and rate tables;

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for insurance product implementation projects;

• Conduct impact analysis and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;

• Configure insurance products on existing business platforms for various distribution channels including Agency, Broker, Customer, and Bancassurance;

• Manage insurance product onboarding and rollout activities across multiple markets;

• Develop delivery plans and coordinate project execution with internal and external stakeholders;

• Create conceptual designs, prototypes, mock-ups, and process flow documentation;

• Define and maintain As-Is and To-Be business and system workflows;

• Support API integration design, mapping, specification, and cross-system sequence flows;

• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security, Solution Delivery, and Business teams to ensure successful project delivery;

• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing production support;

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
