Key Responsibilities

1. Provide first-level and second-level IT support to users in the Bangi office.
2. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
3. Support and maintain Windows operating systems, business applications, and endpoint security solutions.

10. Collaborate with the Singapore IT team and provide support for regional IT operations when required.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Menyediakan sokongan IT peringkat pertama dan kedua kepada pengguna di pejabat Bangi.

7. Menyelaras dengan vendor, pembekal dan penyedia perkhidmatan IT luaran untuk aktiviti penyelenggaraan dan sokongan.

Job Description:

1. Provide first-level onsite or remote IT support for hardware, software, network, and application-related Issues.

2. Support site offices with IT-related matters, including procurement, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
