• Take charge of delivering projects successfully from start to finish.
• Ensure that project goals are met, including understanding user requirements, participating in solution design, testing, and deploying solutions.
• Help create and review project documents to maintain high quality and alignment with prescribed standards.
• Manage procurement activities, such as preparing and publishing tender specifications, evaluating solutions/vendors, and handling contracts.
• Responsible for preparation of relevant procurement documents such as Invitation to Quote(ITQ) and /or Requests for Proposals (RFP), and assess them against selectioncriteria and technical specifications, implementing security due diligencereview in the vendor selection process when required
• Build strong relationships with business users and maintain open lines of communication.
• Work closely with vendors to make sure products and services are delivered as promised.
• Lead the project team by making the best use of resources and keeping team morale high.
• Responsiblefor all stages of Application Development from design, develop, and implement web and mobile applications using the approved technologies and platform while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with the team to ensure application functionalities are meeting the project requirements.
• Ensure ongoing application maintenance and support, making sure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Oversee and provide support, including fixing bugs, handling service requests, and troubleshooting issues.
• Keep systemdocumentation up to date, ensuring compliance with prescribed standards.
• Perform system and data analysis, including refining existing logic and processes.
• Respond to audit queries and maintain security compliance.
• Work with business users to plan IT projects and prioritise enhancements each year.
• Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure they provide reliable support and maintenance. 
• Perform planning, organisation, monitoring and control of all aspects of an IT programme and the strategic utilisation of resources to achieve the objectives within the agreed timelines, costs, and performance expectations. In addition, the identification, coordination, and management of project interdependencies,ensuring alignment with and achievement of business objectives with proper risk assessment and management.
• Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects by fulfilling all requirements and within budget independently.
• Responsible for the operation, support, and maintenance of specific software applications,which may be built in-house or third-party software. 

Requirements

• At least abachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including 4+ years in a technical roleand 4+ years in project management. Certifications in PMP or equivalent will bean added advantage.
• Strong understanding of modern IT technologies, methodologies, and best practices
• Experienced in both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge andexperience in IIS Server, Visual Studio 2016/2019 and MS SQL Server T-SQL.
• Relevant experience in Outsystems, .NET Core, CRM products such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce, Data Analytics Tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik and/or Tableau, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or RPA UIPath, and Microsoft Platform will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to identify issues and provide efficient and effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability towork effectively in a team environment, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.
