About the role

M&E Intern Engineer Design

• Responsible for Engineering Design by using AutoCAD software. 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer requirement. 
• Responsible to take measurement under special circumstances. 
• Provide necessary information to PE / PM/ GM regarding HVAC design. 
• Ensure the design provide on timely manner. 
• Conduct analysis and testing to ensure designs meet specifications. 
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support as needed. 
• To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time. 
• Responsible to work with PE/PM in preparation of complete tender submission. 
• Ensure complete tender submission on time.

M&E Intern Costing Admin 

• Create accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements, and liaise with the Project Engineer (PE) to ensure customer needs are met. 
• Regularly checking and promptly respond to customer emails, maintaining professional communication. 
• Ensure forward all quotation to customer on time. 
• Keep customers updated with the latest PR quotations promptly. 
• Prepare and compile necessary monthly reports for the department. 
• Maintain an up-to-date list of pending customer Purchase Orders (PO). 
• Handle payments for CIDB levies and contract stamping fees required for projects or jobs. 
• To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior. 
• General admin works include filing, typing, checking and coordinate the stamping of contracts/ bonds.

QS Intern

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Support the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.

Job Scope

Payroll & HR Administration

• Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliancewith statutory requirements, including CPF contributions and tax submissions
• Maintain proper employee records in accordance with applicable regulations
• Work with Employer of Record (EOR) providers for regional offices, including (but not limited to) Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other jurisdictions as required

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore office and support hiring across regional offices including (but not limited to) Malaysia and Indonesia

• Liaise with employment agencies on matters relating to the application, renewal, cancellation, and repatriation of foreign employees’ work permits.
• Submit online applications to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for foreign worker levy waivers during employees’ home leave periods.
• Process applications with MOM for levy concessions or conversions when foreign employees successfully obtain relevant certifications, including the ITE Healthcare (Home Care) qualification.
• Serve as the key liaison with government agencies and external stakeholders, including MOM, the Ministry of Health (MOH), Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), embassies, and other relevant authorities on matters relating to employment and foreign workforce management.
• Administer insurance claims and coordinate with insurers as required.
• Compile and prepare payroll-related information for submission to the Finance/Accounts Department.
• Update relevant authorities and systems, including the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector databases, regarding staff appointments, resignations, and employment status changes.
• Ensure timely updates of foreign employees’ residential addresses with MOM and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Submit mandatory surveys online, including MOM Labour Market Survey.
• Participate as a member of the Cybersecurity Committee, supporting the development, implementation, and promotion of cybersecurity policies, staff awareness initiatives, and compliance requirements across the organization.
• Manage official correspondence and administrative communications for the nursing home.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Chief Operations Executive and Management Committee.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, particularly MOM policies and foreign workforce administration.
• Experience in healthcare, nursing home, or community care settings is preferred.
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Working 8 am to 5 pm (Mon – Fri); Alternate Sat 8 am to 12 noon.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage onboarding, support blue-collar recruitment, coordinate training, and act as a HR Business Partner to operational teams. This role is key in ensuring smooth onboarding (including work pass administration), meeting manpower needs, and providing day-to-day HR support aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding, Work Pass & Employee Setup

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR forms
• Handle work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, EP), including submission, renewal, cancellation, and compliance with MOM regulations
• Create and maintain employee personal files (physical and electronic)
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data into HRMS/HRIS
• Coordinate onboarding logistics (e.g., IT access, uniforms, workspace readiness)
• Conduct onboarding/induction to ensure smooth employee integration

2. Blue-Collar Recruitment

• Manage full recruitment cycle for blue-collar/workforce roles
• Source candidates via job portals, agencies, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
• Work closely with hiring managers to meet manpower needs and timelines
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and monitor hiring effectiveness
• Track and achieve recruitment targets

3. Training & External Course Coordination

• Coordinate external training programs to support operational and compliance needs
• Arrange logistics including registration, schedules, and vendor coordination
• Maintain training records and monitor staff participation
• Support certifications and regulatory training requirements

4. HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

• Act as a point of contact for line managers on HR-related matters
• Support workforce planning and manpower deployment with operations teams
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Handle employee relations matters (e.g., feedback, minor grievances, disciplinary coordination)
• Monitor employee engagement, attendance, and ground issues, especially for blue-collar workforce
• Support performance management processes (e.g., probation review, confirmation)
• Partner with managers to identify training and development needs

5. HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and updated HR records and employee data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour/work pass regulations
• Support audits, reporting, and HR initiatives/projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience (with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations)
• Experience in work pass administration and blue-collar recruitment preferred
• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
