• Assist to direct and provide leadership for the design team;
• Manage all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualisation and design;

• Produces tender drawings, working drawings and interior finishes specifications;
• Work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure final design output meet the needs of the organisation or customers;
• Conduct and coordinated Consultant’s Technical Meeting and Contractor Site Meetings;

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 - 10 years relevant experience, in Retail and/or Hotel typology.

Responsibilities:

• Performs space planning and visualizes in 3D perspective; 

• Sources for materials and gathers cost estimates from suppliers for budgeting; 

• Prepares design proposal with materials, concept images and colour selections; 

• Assists in conveying design concept to clients in formal presentations;
