• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple creative projects, from briefing and scheduling through to final delivery and archiving.
• Develop and meticulously track project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate all studio trafficking, resource booking, and briefing to ensure creative teams have the clear, actionable information needed to execute work to the highest standard.
• Serve as the central point of communication between internal teams (Account Management, Studio, Transcreation) and external partners, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Utilize modern project management software and AI-driven tools to automate tasks, track project health, and provide real-time status updates to the wider team.
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks, escalating to senior team members when necessary to ensure project integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a creative agency, production house, or similar fast-paced environment.
• A deep understanding of print and digital production workflows.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A resilient and proactive problem-solver, with the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana) and an aptitude for learning new technologies, including AI-powered workflow tools.
