Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for Leaf CRM. What you will do

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of Front Office executives/investment leaders
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accomodation
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and handle correspondence
• Process expenses and support day-to-day operational needs
• Assist with event planning, team activities, and ad hoc projects
• Act as a key coordination point for internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• Has 5 years of secretarial experience as an Executive Assistant or team assistant within Financial Services Firms
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Service oriented, team player and strong collaboration with various departments
• Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and Concur system
