Provide recruitment support for all levels of staff including:

• Job advertisement posting;
• Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements;
• Conducting interviews to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring Director;
• Conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate;
• Schedule interviews for hiring Director via online or face to face.

Requirements:

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Training will be provided for candidates with minimum experience.

First round of interview will be held via zoom.

Responsibilities:

• Involve in representing Corporate Client and help them secure banking services and facilities to meet the financial and investment needs of these small-medium-enterprises (SME) clients.

• Services we provide include commercial property loans, trade facilities, asset-based financing, project financing etc

• Acquire new clients through resources provided by partnership engagement. (Upsell or cross - sell)

• Do financial and investment planning for the SME clients to achieve optimisation of finances and cashflow for the client

• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and usage

Requirements:

• Preferably has a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Result-oriented go-getter who works well under pressure

Job Scope

1. Reaching out to SMEs and companies to offer financing solutions, such as SME loans, invoice financing, and other private lender solutions

2. Also offering of cybersecurity solutions and comprehensive check to SMEs

3. Incentives provided for appointments, no selling involved

Pay

$20 to $25/ hour depending on experience and performance

*Probation pay will be $16/hour, probation will be at least 6 to 9 hours of work

1. Liaise with corporate clients on corporate advisory work, corporate finance, corporate employee benefits, trade finance, Human resources, etc;

2. Source and develop pipeline of corporate clients;

3. Develop and foster relationships with clients, and key stake holders;

• Promote SkillsFuture courses at roadshows in malls, community events, and public areas

• Engage the public to raise awareness and generate interest

• Distribute flyers and explain course benefits and promotions

• Assist with inquiries and guide customers through registration

• Convert leads into sign-ups through effective communication

• Stay informed on course offerings and sales techniques

Details:

• Minimum 2 days/week, 11am–8pm
