Job Responsibilities:

• Received PQPs from Marketing Department and to prepare project budgets accordingly.
• Vet through contract documents thoroughly and be the project lead in handling projects' contractual matters.
• Plan resources such as manpower, material and equipment for projects.
• Control wastage and productivity on site.
• Ensure QA/QC of materials and work processes are being practiced on site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems on site.
• Provide technical support on construction processes to Supervisors and Foremen.
• Ensure Engineers, Supervisors and Foremen work harmoniously to provide seamless support to Utracon’s Clients.
• Prepare weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be submitted to the Department Head.
• Study shop drawings from the Design Division and/or from the clients.
• Ensure progress claims are submitted on time and keep track of the status of payments from clients.
• Initiate countermeasures against recalcitrant clients to protect the Company from bad debt/non-payment.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s IMS process and procedures.
• Ensure OSH risk assessments and EMS impact & aspect register are conducted and implemented in company operations.

Pre-requisites:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
• Prefer with site working experience.
• Outgoing personality and service-driven with a positive and "can-do" attitude.
• Proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Transporting workers to and from project sites.
• Delivering documents/materials/equipment to project sites or client's offices.
• Performing regular maintenance on vehicles such as cleaning the interior and exterior.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisors or Managers.

Pre-requisites:

• Valid Class 3 driving license and a good traffic safety record.
• Safe and legal driving practices are expected at all times.
• Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic rules and regulations.
• Self-discipline, responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Good team player with a positive work attitude.

Working Environment & Hours:

• The standard work schedule is 5.5 days per week.
• Normal working hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday.
• The role is required to work at various project sites.
• Overtime may be required, depending on operational needs.
• Overtime pay will be calculated in accordance with the regulations set by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Management of Migrant Worker Dormitories

• Perform routine inspection for migrant worker dormitories to ensure cleanliness, safety and well-maintained.
• Assist and coordinate in the repair and fixing of broken or worn-down items in the migrant worker dormitories.
• Oversee room occupancies and maintain proper documentation including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments and maintaining an updated occupants list.
• Ensure workers comply with dormitory regulations, and address any issues or disputes raised by residents.
• Assist in emergency response, including incident management and crisis handling within the dormitories including after work hours.

2. Labour Administration

• Support foreign labour management processes, including work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, repatriation, welfare and benefits.
• Support for worker welfare including assisting with medical matters organising welfare activities.
• Enforce company rules and regulations by monitoring workers' conduct, maintaining discipline, and addressing conflicts promptly and appropriately; report all disciplinary matters to management in a timely manner and issue warning or disciplinary letters when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with relevant authorities such as MOM and other government agencies.
• Assist and support any other ad-hoc duties.

Pre-requisites:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Words, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Good organisational and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate with foreign workers of different nationalities.
• Willing to be stationed at migrant worker dormitories.

Working Environment:

• Work on a 5.5-day work week; alternate Saturdays off may be provided subject to operational requirements.
• Staggered work hours available.
