ROLE PURPOSE:

Credit & Business analyst is responsible to assign the credit limits for the customers, mitigate credit risks, customer account management, data driven analytics to support business decision and growth. Partner with stakeholders across separate business verticals to support on the credit management requirements for business delivery. Good understanding of industry outlook, financial analysis, emerging trends in digital space

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Reviewing the credit limit requests for existing & new customers, assessing the creditworthiness, performing financial analysis and recommending for approvals as per DOA
• Credit monitoring of the large customer base, execute collection strategies as per the policy, close co-ordination with the sales team to understand the customer’s credit limit requirement and support for the monthly & annual sales budget by adequately mitigating the credit risks
• Responsible for customer account management like block order review and release, credit limit management, payment terms, dunning process, master data management, dispute management, balance confirmation, legal recovery process, collection accounting, collateral management, policy management
• Extensive use of ERPs & database system for the credit management processes
• Drive initiatives to reduce credit exposure by implementing effective financial solutions
• Drive automation & digitalization initiatives in the order to cash cycle
• Preparing presentations for S&OP, country credit committee and internal stakeholders
• Ensure continued compliance environment and accuracy of reporting, strengthening the policies and SOPs to fit to business
• Working Capital performance review, reporting & prepare action items to mitigate any adverse impact
• Presentation with data insights to internal stakeholders through market research, data mining, business intelligence & analytics
• Work closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting & supporting the monthly activities

Process and data lead for the transformation of material master data into MDGm together with the Recipe Development module of PLM. Define and maintain the design, policies and processes for material creation and maintenance in the future model.

Accountabilities:

• Act as process lead and provide key inputs into the overall project plan for MDGm transformation together with the Recipe Development module of PLM, ensuring delivery across design, build, migration, and operationalization phases of the project
• Drive data model design (conceptual, logical, and physical) for MDGm aligned with business and system needs.
• Define and oversee the data migration strategy from legacy systems into MDGm together with Recipe Development module of PLM, including scope, sequencing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Lead change impact assessments and implementation of recommendations across processes and systems

Accountabilities

• Execute end-to-end Procure to Pay processes including invoice processing, payment execution, T&E processing, and supplier statement reconciliation while meeting daily targets and SLAs
• Maintain strict adherence to global standard processes and desktop procedures to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
• Resolve queries from internal clients and external suppliers through voice and email channels, working collaboratively with senior analysts and team leads when needed
• Monitor and ensure consistent achievement of Service Level Agreements, partnering with Team Leads to identify and implement corrective actions when issues arise
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery across the P2P function
