Responsibilities:
Perform daily SAP operations.
Formulate reasonable production plans based on market sales forecasts to meet customer demand with the most economical inventory.
Optimize production plans, regularly analyze plan execution status, and drive improvements in plan execution rate to ensure delivery performance.
Improve production efficiency (OEE).
Manage and plan the procurement of operation-related production materials.
Handle logistics for wafers, production-related materials, parts, and finished goods.
Develop production material plans to ensure the timely completion of production tasks and the rationality of material inventory levels.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor in a Science or Engineering field.
Experience in logistics planning / supply chain management (experience in 6/8-inch FAB or similar environment is preferred).
Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Proficient in Windows operating systems and Office software.
Skilled in using material management systems such as SAP & ERP.
