Join Rest as a Senior Performance Reporting Analyst and play a key role in how we measure, explain and communicate the performance of our investment options. You’ll help shape the performance reporting framework – people, processes and systems – and support the Manager in leading day‑to‑day operations of the team. In this role you will:

• Deliver accurate, timely performance, exposure and attribution reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory developments (including APRA Performance Tests) and provide clear analysis and commentary
• Develop and maintain the Whole of Fund attribution model and share insights on drivers of performance
• Oversee daily performance reporting from our custodian and support continuous improvement of processes
• Contribute to regulatory reporting (e.g. APRA, RG97, portfolio holdings, OTC derivatives)
• Partner with Investment Analytics and other stakeholders to enhance and automate reporting using tools such as State Street Alpha / Charles River and FactSet
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Performance Reporting analysts
