Project Overview:

•Join a project involving a newly deployed web-based tool.

•Post-deployment, future business requirements and enhancements for the tool are yet to be defined.

Role & Responsibilities:

•Maintain and enhance the existing JavaScript code for the web-based tool.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand future business needs as they are defined.

•Develop and implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in JavaScript.

•Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

•Participate in code reviews and provide technical recommendations.

Skills & Requirements:

•Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), with 4-7 years of experience.

•Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or similar) is preferred.

•Good understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON).

•Ability to work independently and manage evolving requirements.

•Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

•Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing codebases.

Nice to Have:

•Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

•Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle databases across production, development, and testing environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

•Design, monitor, and optimize replication processes, ensuring minimal latency and seamless data flow between source and target systems.

•Perform database backup, recovery, patching, and security administration in alignment with organizational policies and industry best practices.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Wholesale / Corporate Banking and Digital Banking Channels to lead large-scale banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong delivery management skills, deep knowledge of banking platforms, and experience managing cross-functional teams in regulated environments.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

1.Lead end-to-end project delivery for digital banking, corporate banking channels, and transaction banking platforms ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

2.Manage projects involving Corporate Web Banking, Mobile Banking, Host-to-Host (H2H) integrations, and SFTP-based payment integrations for institutional and corporate clients.

3.Strong experience in Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments, and Cash Management systems.

4.Drive API-based banking initiatives, Open Banking integrations, and enterprise system integrations using REST APIs, Kafka, and messaging platforms.

5.Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as MAS regulations, PSD2 APIs, SWIFT CBPR+, and data localization policies.

6.Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver mission-critical banking initiatives.

7.Manage project governance including scope management, RAID tracking, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and budgeting.

8.Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS / GCP) with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

9.Understanding of modern enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and integration platforms such as WSO2, Kong API Gateway, Kafka, IBM MQ.

10.Exposure to AI/GenAI initiatives including chatbot development, document automation, knowledge assistants, and ML-based fraud detection.

11.Lead UAT coordination, production releases, and client onboarding for banking platforms ensuring operational readiness and smooth rollouts.

12.Strong experience managing cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and global stakeholders in Tier-1 financial institutions.

13.Knowledge of Secure SDLC, application security practices, and banking fraud prevention systems.

14.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage teams of 15+ engineers.

15.Proven ability to deliver high-volume, mission-critical enterprise platforms in highly regulated banking environments.
