Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to support business development, recruitment, and social media initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Research and identify potential partners to support business expansion
- Conduct outreach through cold-calling and follow-ups
- Support relationship building with external stakeholders
Recruitment
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
- Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate hiring processes
Social Media
- Manage and maintain social media accounts
- Assist in creating and scheduling content to support outreach efforts
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or related fields is an advantage
- Comfortable with cold-calling and outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Contract Details
- 6-month contract role
- Convertible or extendable based on performance
