About the Role:
We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support project and delivery operations within an elevator engineering environment. This role involves coordinating the shipment of elevator systems and components for both local and overseas projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery schedules for elevator components and systems across local and international projects
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to project sites
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to obtain and verify product specifications, technical drawings, and order details
• Ensure correct components are allocated and delivered according to project requirements
• Work closely with engineering, project, and warehouse teams to support smooth execution
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation for overseas deliveries
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery discrepancies or documentation issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in logistics coordination, engineering support, or project coordination preferred
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications will be an advantage
• Familiar with international shipping processes and documentation (preferred)
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily fleet operations, ensuring efficient deployment of prime movers and drivers.
• Plan and assign transport jobs, monitor job progress, and ensure timely delivery and collection of containers.
• Liaise closely with drivers, customers, port authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Track vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems and respond promptly to operational issues or delays.
• Manage and update transport-related documentation and system records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and safety requirements.
• Optimize fleet utilization and support continuous improvement of transport operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or container haulage operations.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating prime mover operations.
• Proficient in PSA Haulier Community System (HCS), Portnet, CDAS CMS, and GPS tracking systems.
• Good understanding of port operations, container movements, and transport scheduling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Location : Geylang Bahru
Working Hours : 8am-5pm, 5/6 work days alternate rotation weekly, including weekends (open to work 9.30am-6.30pm)
Salary Range : Basic Up to $3,000 per month + VB + On Duty Incentive

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming phone calls and respond to basic customer enquiries
• Record customer details and pass information to the Sales Team for follow-up
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records
• Take turns holding the company duty phone; successful conversions will receive incentives
• Provide respectful and professional service in all interactions

Requirements

• Prior customer service or call-handling experience preferred
• Able to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Comfortable working in the funeral services industry (no physical handling of deceased required)
