Job Description

We are a primary eye care centre providing comprehensive eye examinations and advanced optical solutions, including myopia control, specialty lenses, and vision care services.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Optical Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame selection and styling
• Recommend suitable ophthalmic lenses (training provided)
• Explain lens features including progressive lenses, myopia control, and specialty lenses
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term patient relationships
• Support daily retail operations and inventory management
• Work closely with optometrists to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements

• Prior experience in optical retail or sales preferred
• Candidates from retail (fashion, healthcare, premium products) are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to recommend suitable products
