Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and growth plans
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organization
2. Business & Financial Performance
Oversee overall P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
Establish and monitor KPIs to track business performance
Optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation
3. Team & Organizational Leadership
Build, lead, and develop a strong leadership team
Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
Ensure effective communication across all departments
4. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for shareholders, partners, and key clients
Represent the company in external engagements, including business and industry events
Maintain strong relationships with investors and strategic partners
5. Operations & Governance
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements
Oversee risk management and business continuity planning
Ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational execution
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior leadership role
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in IT consultancy is preferred
Understanding of the China market, including business environment, regulatory landscape
