• Review project related submission (specification, drawing, test procedure and method statement etc.) and facilitate project team on the following-up to ensure the submission is compliant with project requirement

• Supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning, interfacing matter, integration testing, punchlist/defect work and handover activity to ensure the quality of work is compliant with project requirement

• Coordinate with project team, contractors, interfacing contractors and other project stakeholders to resolve site issues and clashes to ensure the work is in line with project requirement

• Facilitate project team to monitor the working schedule, update, review and report the project progress to be in line with project timeline

• Attend project related meetings, coordination meetings and interfacing meetings to ensure projectdelivery is on track

• Support project team to manage project related work to ensure project is delivered based on projecttimeline.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recognized diploma/degree in Engineering (electronics or mechanical) or related discipline

• Relevant project management experience:

At least 3 years in project coordination, site installation, testing and commissioning of rail E&M system in Singapore transit environment

Relevant experience in coordinating and interfacing with local transit stakeholders (i.e. railway/transit operator) to carry out A&A, system upgrading or new system implementation work at revenue stations

Experience in Automatic Fare Collection System upgrade, relocation and system migration projectsin transit environment would be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM or similar drawing tools for design drawing review

• Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently

• Good collaboration and attitude to work with team members

• Ability to cope with flexible working hours

• Be expected to perform night work or work during engineering hours

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills in English

• Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites (Travel allowance will be provided).

About the job:

·      Work along with the Project team in the DevOps environment.

·      Guiding the continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous testing.

·      Work closely with the development team and operation team to create DevOps strategy and toolset that suits the individual squads.

·      Setup, deploy and maintain scalable, high availability systems

·      Perform and automate deployment and security hardening of systems

·      Automate and build up scalable containerised systems/environment using latest technologies (e.g. Redhat Openshift, MLOps tools, etc)

·      Automate security hardening in testing, deployment and production setup based on industrial best practices

·      Setup and maintain CI/CD, automated testing, development and delivery environments

·      Writing scripts/programs for service monitoring and health check of systems

About You:

·      Experience with cloud orchestration, configuration management and auto-scaling techniques

·      Experience on building and developing CI/CD pipeline and workflow(Gitlab CI/CD preferred)

·      Experience on building and managing container image pipeline

·      Experience with automation tools such as Ansible/Terraform

·      Experience with load balancing setup for TCP/IP,HTTP, DNS, routings

Desired Background:

·      Shall have at least a Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent with Java training or certification with at least one (1) year experience in system analysis, design and programming

·      At least 1-year experience in system analysis, design and programming.

·      Experience in software-defined infrastructure (OpenStack).

·      Experience with infrastructure provision tools (Docker, Ansible, etc).

·      Good understanding of hardware infrastructure systems (network switches, firewalls, routers etc.) and Linux operating system.

·      At least 1-year of experience in creatin and managing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles and practices. Knowledge in DevSecOps will be an added advantage.

·      Self-motivated and good communication skills. Good hands-on experience on using AWS Cloud Formation scripts for configuration management and application deployment.

·      At least 1-year experience working closely with cloud provisioned resources. Experience in Linux, Windows, network troubleshooting is a plus,

Responsibilities:

•           Provide Level 2/3 IT network security operations support

•           Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to our clients is met

•           Perform changes to the network in-line with the organization’s ChangeManagement processes

•           Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal andclients’ organization

•           Prepare network analysis reports, including findings with analysis

•           Participate in regular operations review meetings, including operationalissues, tickets review etc

•           Participate in projects/activities to support improvement initiatives

•           Conduct proper handover from the project team to operations after commissioningof projects.

•           Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team.

•           Update operations documentation (technical, CMDB, etc).

Requirements:

•            Atleast 5 years of experience providing network operational and administrationsupporting Cisco products (Routers / Switches/WLAN)

•           Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT or its related field.

•           Minimum Cisco CCNP certification

•           In-depth knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols

•           Knowledge of network security, load balancing and optimization technologies 

•           Experience working with Cisco network, Bluecoat Proxy, F5 Load Balancer, PaloAlto/Checkpoint/Fortinet firewall and Splunk is preferred.
