Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll for staffs (salary, overtime, commission & bonus etc).

• Assist in processing staff attendance (i.e Leaves, Overtime).

• Manage corresponding email, faxes, mails & telephone calls.

• Liaise with MOM for application, renewal and cancellation of Employment Pass

• Liaise with and organize paperwork for government departments (ACRA, MOM, CPF etc.).

• Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff.

• Process insurance hospital claims and etc. for staff.

• Assist in any administrative duties assigned.

• Key Quotation and handle purchasing

• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resourse

• Well Experience knowledge in HR and admin.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Knowledge on Info-Tech system is a must.

• Meticulous and able to perform under stress.

• Only Singaporean and PR will be considered.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Organize and prepare paperwork for government agencies including ACRA, MOM, and CPF to support regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Send quotations to clients and follow up to obtain approvals or clarify details
• Assist sales and operations teams by preparing and providing supporting documents requested by clients
• Collect and compile service reports, attendance sheets, and job completion photos from the operations manager for record-keeping
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally to support client and internal communication
