Job Summary
We seek a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive or Manager to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and coordinate projects in the construction industry. The role supports business development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support daily sales and marketing activities to advance business development goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets and expand market presence
- Identify and establish relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers to grow client base
- Generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities through targeted outreach
- Engage customers via emails, calls, and meetings to follow up on enquiries, quotations, and projects
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to support customer decision-making
- Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and related documentation for effective tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specifications to ensure project success
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Plan and execute marketing activities, both online and offline, to promote products and enhance brand visibility
- Prepare reports and administrative documents related to sales and marketing activities for management review
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence and close deals
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Manager role
